An overnight frost warning has been issued for some areas in Maine.
Temperatures are expected to drop to or below 32 degrees on Friday night, with the frost warning in effect until 8 a.m. on Saturday morning, according to forecasters with the National Weather Service.
Northwestern Aroostook County and the northern regions of Piscataquis and Somerset counties are expected to see frost conditions on Friday night. Baxter State Park, as well as Fort Kent and Allagash will likely see a frost overnight, according to the Caribou NWS office.
Oxford and Franklin counties, as well as central regions of York and Cumberland counties and southern regions in Cumberland county are also expected to be affected by a frost on Friday night, according to the Gray NWS office.
