A missing Portland man has been found safe.
William Broomall, 40, was reported missing after leaving a Forest Avenue group home in Portland on Nov. 17, Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety, said Tuesday.
Broomall, who has intellectual disabilities and is known to wander around Portland, was found safe by Wednesday morning, Moss said.
