A second suspect has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a man who was shot on his doorstep.
Neil Canney was seriously injured in an attack outside his house in Nairn Road, Greenock, Inverclyde, at around 1.15am on 28 February.
The 37-year-old was taken by ambulance to Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he died a short time later.
On Monday, Police Scotland said a 28-year-old man had been arrested and charged in connection with the death.
A 22-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident on Friday.
The pair are due to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court today.
