SEARSPORT — In need of gift-making supplies? Looking to pick up a new skill this winter? Just generally in love with crafting? Make your way to Carver Memorial Library’s Craft Stash Sale on Saturday, Sept. 16, from 9 am to noon at Mermaid Plaza (1 East Main Street in Searsport). The venue is courtesy of Searsport Shores Oceanfront Camping.
Our Craft Stash Sale will focus on quilting, knitting, sewing, and crochet materials and supplies. Your neighbors have donated unused material from their stashes, and we will sell it at bargain prices! Quality materials are specially priced, and there will be super-bargain ‘By Donation’ tables.
The Stash Sale benefits Carver Memorial Library. Funds raised will support library programs such as our DIY and Take and Make Kits. The library is grateful to all our volunteers, donors, and shoppers for making this event possible!
