A pedestrian was struck on Broadway early Tuesday morning.
The collision happened about 6 a.m. and Broadway will be closed near the scene while police investigate, according Sgt. Jason McAmbley, a spokesperson for the Bangor Police Department.
Broadway will be closed near the McDonald’s, which is across the street from the plaza housing a number of businesses, including a Hannaford.
“Broadway will be closed for some time,” McAmbley said.
The pedestrian was seriously injured.
