CAMDEN — Coastal Mountains Land Trust hosts the most exciting, most scenic trail race of the year — Thrill of the Hill! This community-friendly race takes place at Beech Hill Preserve on Saturday, Oct. 28 beginning at 9 a.m.
Runners of all levels and speedy walkers are welcome! Our 3.7-mile trail race begins and ends atop Beech Hill. Runners will start downhill, make a right onto Coastal Mountains Land Trust’s extension trail that connects to Erickson Field’s Preserve. Runners will make a loop on the preserve before returning to the same route, with a steady climb uphill. Sign up as an individual or register as a team of 3-5 runners with your final times averaged together. Prizes will be given to the top three individual and team finishers.
Bring your family, challenge your friends, experience one of the Mid-coast’s most magical places, and run on a bold, but beginner-friendly course at the 2023 Thrill of the Hill Race! Halloween costumes are welcome, but not required!
Thanks to our race sponsor, Maine State Credit Union, your registration will directly support the improvement of Beech Hill and its trails.
