A DJ has been jailed for urinating on a cancer patient.
Leigh Brookfield had previously pleaded guilty to common assault after the Boxing Day incident.
He was sentenced to 14 weeks’ imprisonment at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
The court heard Brookfield had filmed himself urinating on the man at a social club, before posting the video online.
The man explained to Brookfield that he was undergoing treatment for prostate cancer.
The Judge said Brookfield’s “response was to urinate” over the back of the man’s clothing.
The victim was unaware of what had happened until he later saw the video.

In mitigation, the court heard Brookfield was “appalled by himself” and that he wished to apologise to the victim.
The mitigating lawyer told the court that there was “very little that can be said in Mr Brookfield’s favour”.
But, he added, the incident had been a “wake-up call for him” and that the prospect of time in custody “terrifies him”.
Llanelli Tennis and Squash Club said in a statement at the time it was “devastated that [its] name has been brought into this”.

The Judge concluded that only an “immediate custodial sentence” would be appropriate in the case.
Handing down his sentence, the Judge said Brookfield was entitled to a reduction of one third for entering an early guilty plea.
He was also ordered to pay £500 compensation, costs of £85 and a £154 surcharge.
