NORWAY – Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Randy Easler has been promoted to senior vice president, senior retail banking officer, effective immediately. Easler most recently served as vice president, loan operations manager, a position he has held since 2019.
“In his new role, Randy will oversee all retail banking functions, including branch administration and operation of the Bank’s retail banking activities, retail business development, and sales activities for the quality, growth, and profitability of the retail portfolio,” said Dan Walsh, president and CEO of Norway Savings Bank. “In addition to his highly regarded care of customers, Randy has also been a constant supporter of the Bank’s GROW program, serving several times as a learning partner for fellow team members that have reached out for guidance and to grow. His leadership and expertise will allow him to flourish in this new role.”

Easler joined Norway Savings in 2012 as VP, Saco branch manager, and became VP, retail loan center manager in 2016, overseeing mortgage and consumer underwriting, processing, and closing teams. In 2019, he was promoted to his current role as VP, loan operations manager, and since that time, has provided leadership and support for many of the Bank’s important strategic initiatives, including the unification of NSB’s Retail Loan Center and Loan Servicing teams. A past NSB President’s Award recipient, Easler has received multiple culture awards including the Achievement, Fun & Humor, and Inclusivity & Collaboration Awards.
A Maine native and resident of Hollis Center, Easler attended Thomas College in Waterville where he earned a bachelor of science in business management.
