BANGOR — Legendary country music hits will fill The Gracie Theatre in Bangor on Sunday, March 10 when The Hit Men of County roll in for one night only.
“Bangor fans may remember The Hit Men of Rock n’ Roll, who played two sold out performances at The Gracie in 2019. This show is also produced by Lee Shapiro and features five of the finest musicians who have toured or recorded with country legends,” said Jeri Misler, managing artistic director of The Gracie.
The Hit Men of Country features Doug Carter on the keys and vocals, Jayson Chance on the electric guitar and vocals, Jeff Zona on the acoustic guitar and vocals, David Northrup on the drums and Don Mott on the bass and vocals.
The playlist includes fan favorites like “God Bless The USA,” “No One Else,” “Somebody Like You,” “Big Green Tractor,” and “I Swear,” plus great insider backstage stories from the musicians’ days on the road with country legends like Alabama, Travis Tritt, Wynonna, and Jason Aldean.
The concert, scheduled for 7pm in the theater located on Husson University’s campus, is sponsored in part by PepsiCo. It’s part of the 12th season, sponsored by Bangor Savings Bank
Tickets for the concert are available on The Gracie’s website, www.gracietheatre.com or by calling the box office on weekdays at 207-941-7888. Prices range from $27.50 to $37.50 with the standard ticket fees of $2.50 being added per ticket, and a maximum of $10 per order.
