BANGOR — Ten Bucks Theatre Company invites you to experience “The Book of Will” by Lauren Gunderson and directed by Deanna Rice.
William Shakespeare is considered to be one of the greatest writers in history, but without Henry Condell and John Heminges, the Bard’s work would have been lost to time. Three years after his death, Shakespeare’s friends and fellow members of The King’s Men decide to honor the beloved playwright by publishing the First Folio, ensuring his words will live on through the ages. They’ll just have to beg, borrow, and bargain their way to its completion. The play is a story of love, loss, and the words that shaped our lives.
The production is sponsored by H&R Block of Ellsworth and Bucksport
