BANGOR — Tony C. McKim, president and CEO of First National Bank and its parent company, The First Bancorp, recently announced several staff promotions in Penobscot County “I am pleased to recognize the hard work and dedication from our team,” commented McKim.
Kristen McAlpine has been promoted to vice president, corporate engagement and development officer. She joined the bank as branch manager and moved to business development in 2016.
Matthew Grant has been promoted to assistant vice president, credit risk analyst. He joined the bank in 2013 as a banking associate and was promoted to the commercial loan team in 2021.
Tony C. McKim is also pleased to announce the following promotion at First National Wealth Management, a division of First National Bank.
Jesse Colford has been promoted to assistant portfolio manager. He joined the bank in 2022 as a banking consultant and moved to wealth management in 2023.
