A 33-year-old man’s hand got caught in a saw at a mill in Solon on Friday morning.
The man was still conscious and breathing after the accident, which happened about 11 a.m., at Kennebec Lumber Co. on South Main Street in Solon, according to the Waterville Morning Sentinel.
He was airlifted to a hospital, the Sentinel reported.
The U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration released few details on Monday, citing an ongoing investigation. Kennebec Lumber Co. declined to comment to the Sentinel.
