Two people are dead after an early Thursday morning crash in Old Town.
Patrick McMullin, 26, of Howland was driving south on Interstate 95, near mile marker 199, about 5:45 a.m. when he lost control of his Jeep while passing another vehicle, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
McMullin went off the right side of I-95 and struck a tree, Moss said Thursday.
McMullin and his passenger, 18-year-old Treasa Savage of Lincoln, died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
