A Sebago man died Saturday night in a crash in Standish.
Christopher Twigg, 53, was driving a 2008 Toyota Tundra on Route 114, also known as Richville Road, near Johnson Road, about 9:57 p.m. when he lost control of the truck, struck a utility pole and hit several trees, according to Chief Deputy Brian Pellerin of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
His truck came to a rest in a ditch, Pellerin said Sunday.
Twigg died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, but Pellerin said that alcohol and speed appear to be factors.
