A missing Chester man was found dead after crashing his motorcycle in Aroostook County.
Gregory Richard, 52, was last seen riding his 2003 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy motorcycle in Danforth, according to the Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office.
An investigation determined Richard was likely somewhere in Weston, where deputies found his body and motorcycle off Bancroft Road on Tuesday, the sheriff’s office said.
Richard likely lost control at a turn in the road while riding north before striking a utility pole and going down an embankment, the sheriff’s office said Wednesday morning.
The crash remains under investigation.
Weston is located in southern Aroostook County on Grand Lake.
