This is a time for “country over party.”
I think most of us in America have a connection to those who served in World War II. Both my father and grandfather enlisted, as well as my father-in-law. My uncle was killed during the Korean War. It is unthinkable that we, as American citizens, would dishonor the sacrifice of our family members, and an entire generation, by voting for Trump and what I believe is his MAGA agenda of lies and hate.
Please consider our legacy as the keepers of democracy, at home and among our allies. We are all connected in this country, and in this world.
Let’s proudly and bravely vote our conscience for decency, human rights and individual freedoms within the rule of law. One country, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Together, let’s stand with Kamala Harris.
