With the recent actions by Donald Trump and the Supreme Court it seems that the phrase “with liberty and justice for all” in the Pledge of Allegiance is no longer true.
We should not be asking our people to be saying something that is not true, and should change the pledge to reflect the facts by either eliminating the words “and justice,” or we could have it read “with liberty for all and justice for all except the president.”
