PORTLAND – Spinnaker Trust is pleased to announce the promotions of three senior team members to principals of the firm: Ainsley A. Gleason, Eben Jose, and Laura Kate McHugh.

Ainsley A. Gleason, CTFA, senior vice president and chief operating officer, has been with Spinnaker Trust since 2012. She joined the firm from Ram Trust Services, bringing over a decade of experience in client services and fund management. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Thomas College and her MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
Eben Jose, CFA, senior vice president, client advisor, and director of private markets, works closely with families to address their long-term investment and planning goals, providing tailored strategies to meet their unique needs. He also oversees the strategic management of Spinnaker’s private alternative investments. Before joining Spinnaker Trust in 2014, Eben gained valuable experience in financial services in Boston. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and brings over a decade of expertise in finance to his role.
Laura Kate McHugh, CFP®, senior vice president and client advisor, works with clients to build and protect wealth, providing comprehensive financial planning services with a goals-based approach to lifetime planning. She collaborates with Spinnaker’s team of experts in investment, tax, trust, and estate planning to deliver tailored solutions. Laura joined Spinnaker Trust in 2017 with extensive experience in financial services. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
