A man accused of illegally dealing in firearms and residing in the country without proper documentation has been arrested in Maine.
The Fryeburg Police Department, Maine State Police, Homeland Security, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives executed a federal warrant for Marcos A. Silva in Fryeburg around 6:40 a.m. Thursday.
He was arrested on Main Street following a traffic stop.
Police say Silva is accused of illegally dealing in firearms and residing in the United States without proper documentation.
Silva is currently in federal custody.
